Strong Body

Sometimes, the way to correct spiritual inadequacies is NOT to do teshuva, learn more Torah or to be more careful about mitzvos. Sometimes all one needs is to sleep more, excercise, get off sugar, white flour and other harmful foods [known, appropriately, as "junk food"]  and PRESTO, his life is transformed - physically, emotionally and spiritually.  A person needs a strong body!
