We Are All Connected

Mark Zuckerberg and his Chinese wife just had their second child. One "religious" website wished him a "Mazel Tov" and featured a "touching" picture of Zuckerberg, his wife and their 2 children.

It goes without saying that this is one of the greatest tragedies in Jewish history. A man, whose great grandparents [or somewhere down the line and likely not too long ago] were pious Jews is sleeping with a Chinese women and bringing Gentile children into the world. The Hitler way of destroying the Jews was by gassing us. The Zuckerberg [and about 70 percent of all Jews in the US] way of destroying the Jews is by marrying Gentiles and bringing non-Jewish children into the world. It should break everybody's heart to hear and think about it.

People feel that as long as they are doing what is correct, it is not their responsibility to be concerned about what other people are doing.

This is a fundamental error. Not only because we are all responsible for every Jew but because our OWN PERSONAL AVODAH is פגום [blemished] when there are other Jews who are far from Torah and mitzvos. When we do mitzvos we think that in shomayim we are accomplishing wonderful things and that is true but in a limited way. The reason is that the sins of our fellow Jews create a barrier between us and Hashem.
