Yesterday I was in an office of a friend who is involved in real estate. He was in the middle of an important meeting. I felt it necessary to interrupt [this really happened!] and announced "I have no M.B.A. but I would like to share with you some advice. Buy while the properties are cheap and sell when they go up in price".
