Why Does Shabbos Override Tisha B'av - What Famous Ball Player Died On Tisha B'av

A passage from the Sfas Emes that I don't fully understand because it is replete with kabbala and like many others - I don't understand much of kabala. Unlike many others - I admit it:-).

Tishba B'av is a day that is set aside and conspicuous for tragedy [והא ראיה - On that day the famous Yankee, Thurman Munson died in a plane crash:-)]. It says in the Zohar Hakadosh that 365 days correspond to the 365 negative commandments and every day there is another angel who rules. On Tisha B'av the angel of the day is the Minister of Eisav who is also the Satan who is also the Angel of Death.... The 365 negative commandments also correspond to the 365 "sinews" [גידין] which prevent the 248 limbs [which correspond to positive commandments] from absorbing vitality and life. The sinew that corresponds to Tisha B'av is the גיד הנשה which is a very difficult sinew to clean out [and we must do so before we eat an animal]. This difficult angel [of the גיד הנשה] prevents the life from penetrating to the limbs.

Therefore, Shabbos overrides Tisha B'av because on Shabbos the world is governed without the input or involvement of angels. That is why the pasuk ברכת השם היא תעשיר - the blessing of Hashem makes one rich, is expounded to be referring to Shabbos, which is the day where Hashem ALONE governs the world. The pasuk continues ולא יוסיף עצב - there will not be any more sadness - that refers to mourning. Mourning is from a lower world, one in which the angels [more specifically the Angel of Death] are involved. Shabbos is a day where it is all Hashem and therefore there is no mourning on Shabbos.

To summarize: The mourning of Tisha B'av relates to a lower world where there is sadness, tragedy and death. Shabbos is connected to a higher world where there is just Hashem כביכול and thus when Tisha B'av falls out on Shabbos we don't mourn but just rejoice as befitting a day which is completely G-dly.
