עושה מעשה בראשית

The halacha is that one makes the bracha עושה מעשה בראשית when he sees the Mediterranean Sea. The question is can he also have in mind that it should cover the mountains he will see afterwards that also require a bracha.

Apparently he can. But then the question is may he speak after making the bracha or must he first see the mountains and only then speak. Do we compare it to making a bracha on one food that covers other foods where one may talk or maybe it is like shechting numerous animals where one makes one bracha and according to some opinions he shouldn't talk in between. But maybe in the latter case one may not talk because he is performing numerous distinct mitzvos while here it is all one מעשה בראשית.
